{"id":421,"date":"2011-10-18T22:08:17","date_gmt":"2011-10-19T01:08:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lanofrai.com.br\/?p=421"},"modified":"2011-10-18T22:08:17","modified_gmt":"2011-10-19T01:08:17","slug":"talent-demonstration-demonstracao-de-talento-fraiburguense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lanofrai.com.br\/en\/2011\/10\/18\/talent-demonstration-demonstracao-de-talento-fraiburguense\/","title":{"rendered":"Fraiburguese Talents \/ Talentos Fraiburguense"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Maybe I&#8217;m wrong, but I&#8217;ve noticed that several Fraiburguese people are emerging as highly skilled and talented professionals recognized not only in countries like USA, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Japan, France, Holland, Australia, New Zealand, but also and even in the\u00a0 hierarchy-cratic Brazil, which is a great achievement.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#008000\">Talvez eu esteja equivocado, mas tenho percebido que v\u00e1rios Fraiburguenses v\u00eam despontando como profissionais altamente qualificados e de talento reconhecido n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em pa\u00edses como USA, Su\u00ed\u00e7a, Alemanha, Canad\u00e1, Jap\u00e3o, Fran\u00e7a, Holanda, Austr\u00e1lia, Nova Zel\u00e2ndia, mas tamb\u00e9m em v\u00e1rias partes do nosso hierarquicocr\u00e1tico Brasil, o que \u00e9 uma grande fa\u00e7anha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">So who or what explains the success of such people that went beyond the boundaries of a little town like Fraiburgo? Among few reasons, I suggest the mix of different cultures, the apple diet in the public schools (it&#8217;s serious) and especially the unconditional dedication of parents and teachers. Despite so many obstacles, they had a firm (consciously or unconscious) belief that investing in education is all about:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li>Investing in people and believe them, because things are just things;<\/li>\n<li>Long-term thinking (at least 20 years ahead);<\/li>\n<li>Struggle against the status quo, disbelief and insecurity;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#008000\">Ent\u00e3o, o que ou quem explica o sucesso desse pessoal que extrapolou as fronteiras da pequena cidade? Dentre as algumas raz\u00f5es, destaco a fus\u00e3o de diversas culturas, a dieta a base de ma\u00e7\u00e3 nas escolas p\u00fablicas (verdade) e principalmente a dedica\u00e7\u00e3o incondicional de muitos pais e professores que, na medida do poss\u00edvel e de maneira quase an\u00f4nima, desempenharam suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es acreditando cegamente na import\u00e2ncia da educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos pequenos. Consciente ou inconscientemente sabiam que investir em educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre tudo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color:#008000\">Investir nas pessoas e acreditar nelas, pois as coisas s\u00e3o apenas as coisas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#008000\">Pensar no longo prazo (pelo menos 20 anos a frente);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#008000\">Lutar contra o status quo, a incredulidade e as inseguran\u00e7as;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">As a result, we can say that Fraiburgo has been an exporter of apples talents. I am always delighted to hear more and more good news from the Fraiburguese people since the apple production is decreasing as the main city&#8217;s economic factor. Hence other sources of wealth must be found or at least recognized.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#008000\">Como resultado, podemos dizer que Fraiburgo \u00e9 uma cidade exportadora de ma\u00e7\u00e3s (cultura em decad\u00eancia) e talentos (cultura em ascend\u00eancia). Fico sempre muito feliz em receber not\u00edcias cada vez mais surpreendentes dessa galera que vem pegando firme no desenvolvimento da cidade e do pa\u00eds. Uma vez\u00a0 j\u00e1 que a cultura da ma\u00e7\u00e3 est\u00e1 se descolorindo, outras fontes de riqueza precisam ser urgentemente reconhecidas e exploradas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Below is a Fraiburguese talent demonstration (Un sospiro) from the hands of La\u00eds Frey, an extremely dedicated person.
